Chris Brown sued after hitting a man in a London club with a bottle.

Brown has not yet addressed the allegations in public.

A London nightclub patron accused Chris Brown of beating him with a tequila bottle and stomping on him, causing him to end up in the hospital, is suing the singer.

Abe Diaw filed a lawsuit, which TMZ has received. He alleges that in February, at the TAPE nightclub in central London, the pop star hit him over the head with a bottle of Don Julio 1942 tequila.

According to the allegations, Brown allegedly delivered "crushing blows" to Diaw's head, knocking him out, and then stomped on him while he lay unconscious on the ground. Furthermore, according to Diaw, London police possess surveillance footage of the purported encounter.

The man went on to say that he believed Brown was coming up to hug him in the arena, despite the singer's assertion that he has known him for at least seven years.

In his allegations, Diaw also stated that he was hospitalized following the claimed attack and that he might not recover from his alleged injuries, which included cuts to his head and ruptured ligaments in his leg. Additionally, he asserted that he is experiencing severe emotional hardship and trauma.

Diaw is suing Brown for damages, according to TMZ. The outlet has reached out to Brown's agents, but has not heard back as of yet.
