PinkPantheress's phone was on quiet, thus she missed a studio session with Kendrick Lamar.

"I can’t even think about it"

PinkPantheress has disclosed that her phone was on quiet when she lost the opportunity to appear on a Kendrick Lamar song.

The UK singer-songwriter revealed in a recent interview that she was out on a date at the movies and didn't receive the news that she was supposed to be in the studio with the rapper known as "Humble."

She told iD magazine, "Even though I love dating, I'm not trying to date." She continued by saying that she "nearly" appeared with Kendrick Lamar on a song, but she was unable to attend the studio session since her date had requested that she turn off her phone while watching the movie.

She exclaimed, "Oh fuck, I can't even think about it." "With this guy, I was watching Nightcrawler."

PinkPantheress has worked with a variety of musicians on features, bringing Ice Spice on board for her song "Boy's a liar." She and Hyunjin of Stray Kids collaborated on a remix of Troye Sivan's song "Rush."

The singer revealed the UK and EU tour dates for 2019 along with the release of her debut album, "Heaven Knows," last month.

In a press release, the singer discusses a range of connections, including romantic, parasocial, materialism, bereavement, and finding contentment in loneliness, in "Heaven Knows," which exposes inner self-reflection.

The singer discussed the record in a press release, saying, "It's about grieving a loss but finding peace within yourself when you're alone." I'm okay with being in purgatory while I'm traveling there from hell.
